History
- Male, 48 years.
- The patient had a two-year history of symptoms prior to being seen at the movement disorder clinic.
- He had a bilateral rest tremor in the arms which was worse on the right than the left.
- He developed a general slowness of movement and a stooped posture.
- He suffered from a behavioral disorder/psychosis requiring neuroleptic therapy.
- Converting to an atypical neuroleptic had no effect on the neurological features.
