History
- Female, 82 years.
- Patient had symptoms for three years prior to visit.
- She had a left arm tremor which had not progressed significantly.
- Propranolol was given with no effect.
- She had experienced a general slowing, but had attributed this to age and osteoarthritis.
- The patient had suffered a transient ischaemic attack six years previously which caused right brachiofacial weakness.
